Masataka Yanase

Born in 1966. While engaged in real estate development, hotel business, senior living management, and revitalization of two publicly listed companies, he has been leveraging over 10 years of experience in the real estate securitization (fund) business. In 2007, he obtained the license from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under the “Act on Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures”. Afterwards, he developed a completely new symbiotic real estate leasing business called “MINNADEOOYASAN (Let’s all be landlords)”.
